This additional sensor is for use with the STI-34100 or STI-34150 Wireless Driveway Monitors. It uses a patented magnetometer sensor system. Movement of any large metallic (iron or steel) object having a magnetic field will cause the sensor to transmit to the receiver (STI-30104). People, animals and shadows will not trigger the driveway sensor.

Under ideal conditions, the sensor works up to 1000 feet (line of sight) away from the receiver in your home. For best performance, place the sensor within 500 feet of the receiver.
